First of all, I would like to say thanks to Nyein (Shalom) Foundation and KDG development for sending SayarZawPham to our village.
SayarZaw Pham (fellow) has always distinctively been an honest young man. He has never been unruly. He always came and helped every time there was a need in the community. Over the past 2 years, he has inspired the youths in the community. Since his arrival at our village, we have initiated a number of activities by cooperating and discussing with him. We came up with some development plans as a result of attending his awareness raising trainings.
With the help of SayarZaw Pham, We formed self-sustaining community development group. Now the group has led in some development activities. He has stayed in our village for two years though we think it is a short time. If possible, we want him back to guide us for three more years. I proposed it to a project member. But she said the project had already ended and he was not available anymore.
Our self-sustaining community development group is like a tree Zaw Pham grew. I would like to request him to continue taking care of this tree, monitor its growth, hole and fertilize when it shrivels through the provision of advice and guidance. There is nothing I can do other than saying “thanks”. Nevertheless, on behalf of the community development group, church, and the whole village, I want to say that we will always acknowledge his dedications from the bottom of our hearts.
